Chat assistant

Messages exchanged with the site's assistant are processed by Lioom.ai's AI, on its own machine, solely to answer you. They are not kept unless you ask to be put in touch: the conversation is then attached to your request (see below). Please don't share sensitive information in the conversation.

Contact form and introductions

Data: name, e-mail and, if provided, company, phone, city, type of business, message. Purpose: answer your request and, if you wish, offer our services. Legal basis: your consent. Retention: 3 years after our last exchange. Location: a server owned by Lioom.ai in France. Your data is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing.

Browsing

No advertising cookies, no tracking. Fonts and images are served by the site itself. Our host (Cloudflare) processes technical logs (IP address, date) for security.

Lioom Assistant (internal tool)

Lioom Assistant is Lioom.ai's internal tool. With the explicit authorisation of the holder of Lioom.ai's business Google account, it can read and send e-mails, view the calendar, documents, files and contacts of that account, and read the Google Search Console data of lioom.ai. This data is used only to assist the Lioom.ai team, processed on a Lioom.ai server in France, never sold or shared, and never used for advertising or to train AI models. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Access can be revoked at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Your rights

Access, rectification, deletion, objection, withdrawal of consent: write to contact@lioom.ai (reply within one month). You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
